For prompt delivery, all orders are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Currently, we only ship within the United States (51). I do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping charges are assessed based on the total weight of merchandise.
I make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible. A confirmation email will be sent upon placing an order. Please note that I generally ship within 3 business days of placing your order when product is in stock, so if you need to make changes to your order but your order has already been processed and shipped, you are responsible for any charges.
When orders are Return To Sender (RTS) due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the cost of re-shipping the order. Should your order be RTS, I will contact you to verify address information and arrange re-shipment.
Orders over $200 will need a phone verification before the order is shipped.

Due to the nature of our products, all pattern sales are final.
No refunds or store credit is offered.
Damaged merchandise will receive replacements, free of charge.
